Current Occupation
I am currently in private practice, writing, training, and mostly focusing on my passion for creating divorce ritual to help heal the wounds of divorce.
Where You Live
I live in Vancouver, Canada.
What Brought You To Pacifica?
A colleague who had attended Pacifica shared with me her enthusiasm about her experience as a doctoral student there and made me salivate at the thought of having such an experience.
How Has Your Pacifica Degree Served You Professionally In Your Occupation/Vocation?
My doctoral degree in Depth Psychology has only now begun to serve my occupational needs. It has, unfortunately, been difficult to translate into the type of career goals to which I aspire.
How Has Your Degree Served You Personally?
My degree has served me more personally than professionally, as it could really be described as "an earthquake of the soul." Going through the degree gave me the most unique opportunity to meet with friends and collegues and be involved in dialogue that could not, and has not, been found anywhere else in my world. I have grown in ways that are deeply profound and in ways that have changed both my practice and way of being in the world.
What Was The Meaningful Or Memorable Part Of The Pacifica Experience For You?
The most meaningful part of the Pacifica Experience for me is difficult to discern, but if forced to be specific, I would have to say it was the interaction and discourse found at Pacifica.
